Job summary

enGen is seeking a senior leader to manage the Oracle ERP Cloud suite across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Portfolio Management, with cloud application support responsibilities and an onshore/offshore team. The role will own the Finance IT systems and guide strategic initiatives for clients.

You will lead a team of business analysts, collaborate with vendors, and drive implementations from planning through deployment while navigating steady-state operations and future projects.

Qualifications

• 7 years managing projects and implementing technical solutions across a Cloud technology platform
• 5 years in a management or leadership role
• 5 years with Oracle Cloud ERP applications or similar Cloud ERP technology (implementation and/or support)

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop staff; plan, organize and direct day-to-day operations
• Design and lead implementation/maintenance of the finance system portfolio based on business strategy and requirements
• Coordinate system enhancements and cloud quarterly upgrades for performance and data integrity
• Ensure financial modules operate effectively with quality measures monitored
• Lead and develop a skilled team with onshore/offshore capabilities
• Manage relationships with major Finance IT vendors and service providers
• Assess finance IT services portfolio costs and risks and optimize business contribution
• Other duties as assigned or requested
