Job summary

enGen seeks an experienced leader to manage the Oracle ERP Cloud suite (Finance, Supply Chain, and PPM) and supervise a diverse team of business analysts and vendors across onshore/offshore. You’ll own finance IT systems, drive daily operations, and lead strategic initiatives for clients while navigating ongoing production support and future implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Information Technology, or closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

Perform management responsibilities including hiring/termination decisions, coaching, rewards, performance management and staff productivity.
Design and lead the implementation and maintenance of the finance system and solutions portfolio.
Coordinate implementation of system enhancements and cloud quarterly upgrades to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Ensure financial modules are effective and monitored for quality.
Lead and develop a highly skilled team with cloud technology expertise onshore and offshore.
Manage relationships with major Finance IT vendors and service providers.
