Job summary

Accenture PLC in Miami is seeking an Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant to help utilities clients modernize field service operations and deliver measurable business value. You will configure and extend Oracle OFS, collaborate with business, product, testing, and offshore teams, and guide users through new ways of working.

You will lead technical design efforts, review acceptance criteria, and ensure high-quality deliverables across scheduling, routing, and mobile workforce processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years on Oracle Field Service Cloud solution application.
• 3+ years as a Technical Designer on an Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation.
• 3+ years with Configuration Tools components and Java/Groovy.
• 2+ years in field service operations, dispatch, scheduling optimization, or related areas.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (business, technology, testing, training, offshore).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (6 years) work experience; Associate's Degree with 3 years experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle OFS transformation programs for utilities clients, including field service process redesign, solution configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live adoption.
• Review acceptance criteria and solution design in Features.
• Create Technical Design documents aligned with solution design.
• Walk through technical design documents with Developers.
• Communicate technical solution and progress to cross-functional teams.
• Ensure code aligns with specifications and high quality deliverables.
• Analyze and triage defects and recommend fixes.
• Define unit test cases for important business scenarios.
• Configure and extend Oracle Utilities products to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Business and Functional Designers to align technical solution with approach.
• Lead and coach Developers; manage performance.
• Analyze requirements across scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, routing, capacity, field execution.
• Support cutover activities, deployment readiness, change enablement, and stakeholder communications for OFS releases.
