Job summary

Apex IT is seeking a senior Oracle Field Service lead to design and implement field service solutions for electric, gas, and water utilities. You will steer architecture, integration, and deployments while collaborating with business leaders, IT, and operations to boost workforce efficiency and customer experience.

In this role, you will facilitate workshops, define scheduling and routing requirements, and ensure successful production deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Field Service experience with multiple utility implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Field Service solutions for electric, gas, and water utilities.
• Partner with utility business leaders, operations teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver integrated Oracle solutions that improve workforce efficiency and customer experience.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and define requirements for scheduling, routing, workforce utilization, and mobile workforce enablement.
• Design solution architectures that integrate Oracle Field Service with CC&B, C2M, MDM, WAM, and Outage Management solutions.
• Provide leadership during solution design reviews, testing, and production deployments, and support business development efforts.
