Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, SCM, IT, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Experience with a full life cycle implementation of Oracle ERP or similar applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle ERP Applications.
• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.
• Able to travel to client sites on short notice, up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Assist teams in identifying business requirements and process design.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Travel to various client sites as needed.
