Overview
Our client, a Leading manufacturing and distribution business are looking for a ERP, Project manager to support them on the ERP migration project with the following skill sets and back ground.
About the Role
The role involves supporting the ERP migration project with a focus on proven ERP implementation leadership and expertise in manufacturing and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Proven ERP Implementation Leadership: Minimum 5–7 years managing full lifecycle ERP projects (selection, planning, execution, go-live, stabilization).
- Manufacturing & Distribution Expertise: Solid understanding of process manufacturing (preferably food), inventory control, QA/QC, labeling, warehousing/distribution, manufacturing costing, variance analysis.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Skilled at coordinating between ERP vendors, internal teams, and third‑party integrators; strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Technical & Functional Knowledge: Preference for familiarity with NetSuite, RF-SMART, and BlendApps; ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Project Governance & Methodology: Experienced in Agile/Hybrid methodologies, risk management, and maintaining scope, timeline, and budget.
- Data Migration & Integration Oversight: Hands‑on experience with data cleansing, migration strategies, and API/integration planning.
- Change Management & Training: Ability to drive user adoption, develop training plans, and manage organizational change effectively.
- Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure process optimization.
- Communication & Documentation Excellence: Clear, concise reporting to executive leadership; maintains detailed project documentation and status updates.
- Contractor Mindset: Self‑directed, results‑oriented, and capable of delivering under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
