Job summary

Axios Professional Recruitment is partnering with a growing West Michigan manufacturer to hire an ERP & IT Support Specialist. This role provides ownership of the company’s Oracle ERP system and serves as the primary liaison with an outsourced IT provider, ensuring smooth daily operations and reliable data.

You will administer and maintain the ERP, create BOMs, generate reports, train employees, support ERP implementations, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP required.
• Experience creating BOMs in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Oracle ERP system.
• Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Generate reports and analyze ERP data.
• Train employees on ERP processes and system functionality.
• Serve as liaison with outsourced IT provider.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day system issues and coordinate with external IT partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to improve processes and system utilization.
• Support ERP implementation projects and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure data accuracy.
