Axios Professional Recruitment is partnering with a growing West Michigan manufacturer to hire an ERP & IT Support Specialist. This role provides ownership of the company’s Oracle ERP system and serves as the primary liaison with an outsourced IT provider, ensuring smooth daily operations and reliable data.

You will administer and maintain the ERP, create BOMs, generate reports, train employees, support ERP implementations, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP required.
• Experience creating BOMs in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing operations.
• Generate reports and analyze ERP data to support business decisions.
• Train employees on ERP processes and system functionality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's outsourced IT support provider.
• Troubleshoot day‑to‑day system and technology issues while coordinating more complex issues with external IT partners.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and company leadership to improve business processes and system utilization.
• Support ERP implementation projects, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure data accuracy across business operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT Support, ERP Administrator, or ERP Analyst role.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP is required.
• Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated with the initiative to take ownership of projects and drive continuous improvement.
