Job summary

Ohio Machinery Co. is seeking an IT Systems Supervisor to lead the team responsible for administering enterprise business applications, including ERP platforms and financial systems.

You will ensure reliability, security, and alignment with business goals while coordinating vendor relationships and driving continuous improvement. The role oversees staff, partners with stakeholders, and manages upgrades, integrations, and budgets to maximize value from enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, ERP systems, financial systems, or related technologies.
• 2+ years of leadership experience supervising technical staff, leading projects, or coordinating application support teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of enterprise business applications including administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, documentation, and user support.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate assigned Systems Staff; establish priorities, manage workloads, and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Provide leadership for the administration and support of ERP, Financials, and related enterprise business systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges, gather requirements, and recommend system improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in planning, testing, implementation, and support of upgrades, new functionality, integrations, and business process improvements.
• Coordinate with software vendors, consultants, and support providers to resolve issues and ensure project delivery.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and data integrity; participate in disaster recovery planning and backups.
