ZealHire Inc. is seeking a Programmer Analyst to act as one of two senior developers for the SCC's Oracle e-Business Suite (eBS) application (eSCC). The role involves working in a four-person Agile team to process backlog items and support daily operations.

• Execute application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2+ modules (AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, Time and Labor)
• Gather and analyze business requirements via interviews/observations
• Perform complex system administration, maintenance, and support for production systems
• Design, develop, modify, test, debug, and implement programs and systems
• Develop and execute unit and system testing; support user acceptance testing
• Define input/output requirements; turnover program changes to production
• Maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation

This Programmer Analyst position will serve as one of two senior developers for the SCC's HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite application (eSCC).

This individual will be in a team of four working Agile development to process a variety of complex backlog items and support daily operations.

The individual in this position will assist with translating formal and informal requirements into database and application solutions.

Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and as a team. The ability to adapt to change and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers is essential.

Comply with all system development policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including coding standards and reviews.

Fully document work performed and provide technology turnover on all work performed to other SCC staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Executing application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above, including, but not limited to, the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements through interviews and observations to develop and modify program applications utilizing Oracle application standards and tools
• Performs complex system administration, maintenance and support for production systems.
• Designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and systems.
• Developing and executing unit and system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing
• Defining input and output requirements and supporting turnover of program changes into the production system
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
