Mbi Llc in Richmond, VA seeks an Oracle eBusiness Suite - Programmer Analyst 3 to join SCC's HR and Financial eSCC team. You will be one of two senior developers in an Agile group, translating business needs into Oracle-based solutions and ensuring adherence to coding standards and proper documentation.

The role covers modules like AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, and Time and Labor, with extensive Linux/Oracle Cloud experience; strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Extensive Oracle E-Business Suite experience (12.2+) in Linux on Oracle Cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on coding and deployment of Oracle EBS modules: Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing.
• Experience with iRecruitment, HR, and Time and Labor modules.
• Proficiency with Oracle Developer Suite (Forms/Reports), JDeveloper (Java), Oracle Workflow Builder and PL/SQL.
• Strong systems analysis and design capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with VA Cardinal HR/Financial system.

Responsabilidades

• Performing complex system administration, maintenance and support for production systems.
• Designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and systems.

• Defining input/output requirements and turnover of changes to production.
• Maintaining SOPs and technical documentation.
• Performing related work as required.

About the Role:

• This Programmer Analyst position will serve as one of two senior developers for the SCC's HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite application (eSCC).
• This individual will be in a team of four working Agile development to process a variety of complex backlog items and support daily operations.
• The individual in this position will assist with translating formal and informal requirements into database and application solutions.
• Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and as a team.
• The ability to adapt to change and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers is essential.
• Comply with all system development policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including coding standards and reviews.
• Fully document work performed and provide technology turnover on all work performed to other SCC staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Executing application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above, including, but not limited to, the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements through interviews and observations to develop and modify program applications utilizing Oracle application standards and tools
• Performs complex system administration, maintenance and support for production systems.
• Designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and systems.
• Developing and executing unit and system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing
• Defining input and output requirements and supporting turnover of program changes into the production system
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and technical documentation.?
