Job summary

BranCore Technologies, LLC is seeking a Programmer Analyst to join a four-person Agile team in Richmond, VA. You will support Oracle E‑Business Suite (12.2+) across HR, Finance, and related modules, translating requirements into robust database and application solutions.

You will work independently and collaboratively, document work thoroughly, and ensure adherence to coding standards. On-site presence required Tue/Wed/Thu in Richmond.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2+ in Linux environments.
• Experience coding and implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite solutions across AP, GL, Purchasing.
• Experience with iRecruitment, HR, and Time & Labor modules.
• Proficiency with Oracle Developer Suite (Forms/Reports), Oracle JDeveloper (Java), Oracle Workflow Builder and PL/SQL.
• Strong systems analysis and design skills.
• Proficiency with Office applications (Microsoft Visio, SharePoint).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2+ modules (AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, Time and Labor).
• Gather and analyze business requirements to develop database and application solutions using Oracle standards.
• Perform system administration, maintenance, and support for production systems.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement programs and systems.
• Develop and execute unit and system tests and support UAT.
• Define input/output requirements and turnover of changes to production.
• Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.

Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extending based on performance.
**Richmond, VA candidates are required.

Days in office required (3 days): Tues, Wed & Thursday each week.

About the Role:

This Programmer Analyst position will serve as one of two senior developers for the client’s HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite application (eSCC). This individual will be in a team of four working Agile development to process a variety of complex backlog items and support daily operations. The individual in this position will assist with translating formal and informal requirements into database and application solutions. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and as a team. The ability to adapt to change and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers is essential. Comply with all system development policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including coding standards and reviews. Fully document work performed and provide technology turnover on all work performed to other client’s staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Executing application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above, including, but not limited to, the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements through interviews and observations to develop and modify program applications utilizing Oracle application standards and tools

• Performs complex system administration, maintenance and support for production systems.

• Designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and systems.

• Developing and executing unit and system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing

• Defining input and output requirements and supporting turnover of program changes into the production system

• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and technical documentation.

• Performing related work as required

Required/Desired Skills

Extensive technical experience working w/ Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above w/in Linux server environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastruct. Required, 8 Years

Experience coding and implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite software development solutions, to include the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing. Required, 8 Years

Exp with iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules. Required, 8 Years

Proficiency with Oracle Developer Suite (Forms/Reports), Oracle JDeveloper (Java), Oracle Workflow Builder and PL/SQL. Required, 8 Years

Extensive technical experience in systems analysis and design. Required, 8 Years
