Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Oracle EBS Supply Chain Techno-Functional Senior Consultant to lead an upgrade from 12.2.6 to 12.2.14 across multiple sites in the US. You will analyze business processes, configure Supply Chain modules (Orders, Shipping, Purchasing, iSupplier), and perform end-to-end upgrade activities.

You will document lessons learned, train users, drive UAT, cutover/go-live, and support hypercare. Travel to client sites may be required. U.S. citizenship or eligible status is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship or eligible status.
• Experience upgrading Oracle EBS 12.2.x end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end upgrade of Oracle EBS from 12.2.6 to 12.2.14.
• Analyze business processes and configure Supply Chain modules (Orders, Shipping, Depot Repair, Purchasing, iSupplier).
• Note lessons learned and share domain knowledge with teammates.
• Provide user training and prepare documentation; drive UAT, cutover/go-live, and hypercare.
