Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, IT Business Analysis / Oracle EBS Functional Analyst (HCM & OTL) to bridge IT development and business needs. The role focuses on supporting the Oracle EBS footprint, designing enhancements, and improving processes to drive business effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Oracle ERP experience in Finance, HR, and Time and Labor, with strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Oracle ERP experience in Finance, HR, Time and Labor.
• Experience with EBS Oracle Applications.
• Experience with Finance, HR, Time and Labor, Enterprise Asset Management, Procurement and iSupplier.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical expertise for Oracle ERP and AR processes.
• Serve as primary interface between IT development and business.
• Assist with migration plans between Oracle and SAP systems.
• Lead or support project initiatives related to Finance, HR and OTL.
• Develop and document requirements, designs, and test plans.
