Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 HR Techno-Functional Consultant to enhance and optimize their complex Oracle E-Business Suite environment. This Inside IR35 contract role requires strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on Oracle EBS technical skills.

The consultant will be responsible for providing support across HRMS modules, analyzing requirements, and delivering both functional and technical solutions. Candidates should possess proven expertise and previous experience in complex enterprise environments, ideally within public sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 HRMS environments.
• Proven techno-functional expertise across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and OTL.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and custom Oracle EBS developments.
