Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Oracle EBS Supply Chain Techno-Functional Senior Consultant to lead an upgrade from 12.2.6 to 12.2.14 across multiple sites in the US. You will analyze business processes, configure Supply Chain modules (Orders, Shipping, Purchasing, iSupplier), and perform end-to-end upgrade activities.

You will document lessons learned, train users, drive UAT, cutover/go-live, and support hypercare. Travel to client sites may be required. U.S. citizenship or eligible status is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship or eligible status.
• Experience upgrading Oracle EBS 12.2.x end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Infosys is seeking Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant with knowledge and experience in Supply Chain modules. The position will primarily be responsible for application upgrade Oracle EBS R12 version 12.2.6 to 12.2.14. The selected candidate should be able to perform end-to-end upgrade activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, configuring Supply Chain (Orders, Shipping, Depot Repair, Purchasing, iSupplier), noting lessons learnt, and sharing domain knowledge with teammates.

Perform mapping for application upgrade and ensuring seamless cross-module integration. The role also provides user training of modified forms, prepares documentation, drives UAT, supports cutover/go-live and delivers hypercare. Candidate must have strong techno-functional expertise in Supply Chain modules and ERP best practices, with proven experience of delivering Oracle EBS R12 upgrade in complex, multi-site setup.

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizen (No dual citizenship), valid US Passport or US Birth Certificate and DL with Real ID.

Location for this position isAnywhere in the US. This position may require travel to client/project location.

In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.

At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Experience minimum one Oracle EBS 12.2.xx Upgrade - end-to-end implementation.

Strong knowledge of System Integrations and Batch scheduling.

Strong understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong Understanding of various business processes in respective domain.

Demonstrated experience in testing integrations with external and internal systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience and desire to work closely with business users.
