Job summary

Citi seeks an Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Consultant to support production activities across the Procure to Pay landscape. You will handle complex production issues, develop functional specs, and coordinate with Oracle Support and business stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.

Strong knowledge of Oracle P2P modules, ITIL processes, and SQL/PL SQL is required. The role requires collaboration across regions and vendors, with a hybrid work setup in cited locations.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP modules.
• Strong knowledge on Oracle Procure to Pay suite: Purchasing, iProcurement, AP, iSupplier.
• Good knowledge on GL, FA, PA and SQL/PL SQL queries.
• Experience with Oracle workflows and ITIL support.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance Oracle ERP workflows.
• Ability to work with multiple clients and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Citi's P2P landscape and resolve issues.
• Develop functional specs and design documents; create training materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and Oracle Support for bugs and data fixes.
• Lead UAT testing and BRD delivery with stakeholders.
• Create complex queries to provide analytical insights.
• Maintain relationships with business and internal teams and stakeholders.
