Infosys Public Services, Inc is seeking an Oracle EBS R12 (RICEF) Technical Lead Consultant with strong PL/SQL, OAF and APEX experience. The role focuses on upgrading Oracle EBS from 12.2.6 to 12.2.14, handling upgrades end-to-end from design to deployment, and resolving upgrade issues while developing RICEF customizations.

The candidate will work across technical upgrades, product service requests, and knowledge sharing with teammates, with travel to client locations as needed within the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
7 years of Information Technology experience.
Experience minimum one Oracle EBS 12.2.xx upgrade - end-to-end implementation.
Experience in EBS R12 RICEF technical, Oracle application framework, and Oracle workflow.
Strong understanding of catalogue customizations, assessing technical impact, remediate change impact to forms, reports, interfaces and workflows.
Strong knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling.
Strong understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.

Responsibilities

Perform end‑to‑end upgrade activities including technical design, configuration, testing and deployment.
Resolve upgrade issues and develop customizations using PL/SQL.
Support product service requests and develop scripts to validate RICEF.
Share domain knowledge with teammates and document lessons learnt.

Infosys is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) RICEF Technical Lead Consultant with knowledge and experience in EBS RICEF changes – PL/SQL, OAF, and APEX. The position will primarily be responsible for supporting application upgrades Oracle EBS R12 version 12.2.6 to 12.2.14. Experience in fine tuning jobs that deteriorate in performance upgrades.

Experience in testing integrations with external and internal systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience and desire to work closely with business users and techno-functional team.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / CO / D.C. / IL / MA / MD / MN / NJ / NY / VT / VA / WA: $94,000 to $131,600
In Washington, DC: $85,700 to $124,600
