The selected candidate should be able to perform end‑to‑end upgrade activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, configuring Manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, MSCA, Costing, Depot Repair), noting lessons learnt, and sharing domain knowledge with teammates. The selected candidate will perform mapping for application upgrade and ensuring seamless cross‑module integration. The role also provides user training of modified forms, prepares documentation, drives UAT, supports cutover/go-live and delivers hypercare. Candidate must have strong techno‑functional expertise in manufacturing modules and ERP best practices, with proven experience of delivering Oracle EBS R12 upgrade in complex, multi-site setup.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

In CA / CO / D.C. / IL / MA / MD / MN / NJ / NY / VT / VA / WA: $114,000 to $167,000

In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
