Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert in Oracle EBS with at least 8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in global Oracle environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and business leaders.
• Capture and document business processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues with IT teams.
• Perform configuration activities in Oracle EBS.
• Coordinate software releases and enhancements.
• Support reporting and data analysis.
• Provide critical support during month-end close.
• Work with security teams to ensure compliance.
• Manage third-party partners for high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.

Skills

Expert knowledge of Oracle EBS value flows

Proficiency with manufacturing, finance, logistics

Strong SQL and PL/SQL abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with attention to detail

Ability to learn quickly and interpret complex data

Strong customer focus

Ownership and accountability

Comfortable in Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
