Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Associates to develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications. You will write PL/SQL scripts, configure modules, troubleshoot issues, and support business processes to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with functional teams, perform data migration and integrations, and apply strong SQL/PLSQL skills and knowledge of EBS architecture. A bachelor's degree and extensive experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust based on sponsor.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, AME, plus Oracle EBS and development tools; strong EBS architecture knowledge.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and OAF.
• Experience in iProcurement, Purchasing, CLM, LOA configuration, and GL/COA concepts.
• Understand Oracle 12.2.x schema and be able to create queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience; postgraduate study may substitute for time worked.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Oracle APEX experience (or similar report writer).

Responsibilities

• Development and customization: design and develop custom apps, reports, extensions, and workflows in Oracle EBS.
• Integration: build and maintain data migration interfaces using XML Publisher or APIs.
• Technical support: provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis.
• System administration: perform analysis, upgrades, ensure performance and data integrity.
• Testing: perform functional testing and debug RICE components.
• Documentation: create and maintain detailed development docs.
