Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years Oracle EBS consulting, implementation, support, or analysis.
• Experience in global, multi-organization Oracle environments preferred.
• Strong SQL/PL/SQL with focus on Oracle EBS module value flows.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into clear requirements and solution designs with SMEs and leaders.
• Document and validate processes, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues with IT teams and vendors.
• Perform development/configuration across Oracle EBS and cloud tools (PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Forms/Reports, Workflow, OIC, Apex, ISG).
• Coordinate releases, enhancements, and lifecycle upgrades.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and month-end close activities.
