Citigroup Inc. in Tampa, Florida is seeking an Oracle E‑business Suite & Integration Development Lead, a senior role responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.

The role leads applications systems analysis and programming activities to deliver integrated, scalable solutions. You will partner with management to define system enhancements, guide mid‑level developers, ensure adherence to the architecture

Qualifications

6+ years of Apps Development or systems analysis experience.
Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with multiple management teams to ensure integration of functions and define necessary system enhancements.
Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprint.
Use advanced knowledge of system flow and develop coding/testing standards.
Develop knowledge of how business areas integrate to achieve goals.
Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop solutions.
Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and governance.
