Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9 including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables and Project Accounting
• Experience with AOL, PL/SQL, PL/SQL JSON, Shell Scripting and RICE components
• Experience with XML and XML / BI Publisher
• Experience with Oracle Workflows, AOL, Oracle Forms, Reports
• Experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework)
• Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services
• Experience with Git and source control tools

Responsibilities

• Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities
• Partner with management teams to define system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprint
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, Citi policies, and ethical practices
