Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to identify system enhancements and deploy new products and processes.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating business and system processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
• Assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and Citigroup policies.
