Citi in Tampa, FL, seeks an Oracle E-business Suite & Integration Development Lead to guide senior-level applications development and systems analysis. You will drive integration projects, ensure adherence to architecture, and mentor junior staff while managing risk and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on development across UI, middleware, APIs, and databases, with a strong focus on Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL in a full-stack context.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Apps Development or systems analysis experience.
• Strong experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• SME in at least one Applications Development area.
• Ability to manage projects and adjust priorities quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and deploy new products and improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture.
• Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
• Understand how architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
