Job summary

The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Oracle EBS Business Analyst to support an Oracle E-Business Suite implementation for a federal government contract in Washington, DC. The role offers a strong mix of onsite and remote work with a preference for one day per week onsite.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements for AP, GL, and Fed Admin modules, supporting testing (UAT) and stakeholder collaboration. U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders required; background check may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS functional experience.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS AP, GL, and Fed Admin modules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS financial processes and transaction flows.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting testing.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and technical teams.
• Experience with Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, or maintenance projects.
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills.
• Experience in a Federal Government environment is preferred.

Job Description Our client is an award-winning systems integrator providing enterprise solution management and integration services to the Federal Government. They have an immediate need for a Mid-Level Oracle EBS Business Analyst to support an ongoing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation and maintenance project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on functional experience supporting Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Federal Administration (Fed Admin) modules within Oracle EBS, along with the ability to gather requirements, support testing activities, and collaborate with stakeholders in a federal environment. Experience leveraging Oracle Forms and/or Workflow Builder to support workflow development is a plus. This project is based in Washington, DC, with a strong preference for one day per week onsite; however, the role may be 100% remote for the right candidate. This Federal Government contract requires candidates to be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders who can successfully pass a client background check.

• Create and maintain project documentation, requirements, test scripts, and process flows
• Ensure thorough, accurate, and well-documented deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS functional experience
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Federal Administration (Fed Admin) modules
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS financial business processes and transaction flows
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and supporting testing efforts
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, or maintenance projects
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Experience working in a Federal Government environment is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle Forms and/or Workflow Builder
• Experience supporting federal financial management or budget execution processes
• Previous consulting or systems integration experience

• W2 Hourly rate starts at $40. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, and location, and are subject to change at any time.
