Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Functional SME to join the Enterprise Systems Support team. The role focuses on leading end-to-end functional design, configuring EBS modules, and validating cross-module integrations within a governance framework.

The candidate will drive UAT cycles, develop BRD/MD50 artifacts, and collaborate with technical teams on reports, interfaces, and workflows to ensure compliant, scalable financial processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS functional experience with 3–5 years on R12.2.x (12.2.12).
• Deep functional knowledge across modules: AP, AR, GL, PO, FA, CE, PA, iProcurement, SLA.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, procurement rules, and enterprise financial processes.
• Experience writing and reviewing BRD, MD50 inputs, test scripts, and configuration workbooks.
• Experience driving EBS patching, upgrades, and production cutovers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional design activities including requirements gathering, gap analysis, conference room pilots, and design documentation (BRDs, MD50 inputs).
• Configure Oracle EBS modules in alignment with organizational processes, financial controls, and audit requirements.
• Define and validate cross-module integrations such as P2P, O2C, B2R, FA→GL, PA→GL, and SLA accounting flows.
• Partner with technical teams for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows—including guiding functional requirements, validating technical designs, and ensuring alignment with governance standards.
• Lead UAT cycles including test script creation, execution coordination, defect triage, and stakeholder sign-off.

Pay Range: $85-88/hr
