Job Overview

Extensive experience in Oracle EBS suite required. The consultant will provide support for all aspects of Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Warehousing systems, leading a functional and technical team.

The role coordinates project assignments, ensures timely completion of tasks, maintains optimal team efficiency, and ensures applications meet business requirements and goals. Responsibilities include implementing large-scale ERP projects from concept through completion, managing scope, schedule, and resources, and delivering business results.

Responsibilities

• Support and extend Oracle EBS suite, including Oracle SCM/Finance modules (INV, PO, Shipping Execution, OM, ISupplier, IProcurement, Sourcing, AP, GL, FA).
• Validate SCM & Finance business flows, provide solutions for user issues.
• Manage defect lifecycle: analysis, resolution, fixes, retesting.
• Oversee data integration and migration activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop consistent and standard project plans at milestone level.
• Facilitate identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
• Provide design, functional specifications, development, and testing for Oracle EBS.
• Plan and execute project management tasks: scope, scheduling, budgeting, costing, resource allocation, risk and issue management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience implementing large-scale ERP projects.
• Hands-on experience with analysis, design, development, testing, and support of Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of E-Business Upgrade Methodology and full implementation life cycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience customizing/personalizing Oracle forms.
• Proficiency in SQL, SQL Developer, Oracle API, XML Publisher, TOAD, PL/SQL, Workflow, Oracle Forms, Integration, Bartender, and barcoding.
• Experience with P2P cycles, GL, inventory management.
