Job summary

The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Oracle EBS Business Analyst to support an Oracle E-Business Suite implementation for a federal government contract in Washington, DC. The role offers a strong mix of onsite and remote work with a preference for one day per week onsite.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements for AP, GL, and Fed Admin modules, supporting testing (UAT) and stakeholder collaboration. U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders required; background check may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS functional experience.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS AP, GL, and Fed Admin modules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS financial processes and transaction flows.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting testing.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and technical teams.
• Experience with Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, or maintenance projects.
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills.
• Experience in a Federal Government environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements within Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Provide functional support for AP, GL, and Fed Admin modules.
• Support system testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle EBS solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams on implementation, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Assist with issue analysis and resolution of Oracle EBS defects.
• Participate in client meetings to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, requirements, test scripts, and flows.
