Job summary

Synechron seeks an Oracle Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle database applications. Strong PL/SQL, data modeling and performance tuning skills are essential to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support ETL processes, and ensure data integrity and security. Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies across FinLabs and global clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or above).
  • Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL development.
  • Experience with stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and cursors.
  • Knowledge of database design, normalization, and data modeling.
  • Experience in query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with Oracle tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, or Oracle Forms/Reports.
  • Understanding of version control systems such as Git.

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle database applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, database development, performance tuning, and data modeling, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $90k - $95k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or above).

Preferred, but not required:
  • Experience with Oracle APEX.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Oracle certifications are preferred.
