Responsibilities

• Define and drive marketing strategy and roadmaps for CX programs.
• Lead Oracle Eloqua implementations and integrations across campaigns.
• Architect CX4U and related Oracle CX components.
• Deliver marketing automation solutions and journey orchestration.
• Integrate CRM systems and data sources for unified customer views.
• Create SSRS reports and dashboards for marketing analytics.
• Design and implement APIs and data pipelines for marketing tech stack.
