Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in a BA role, Oracle CPQ/ERP familiarity, and strong analytical, communication, and Agile skills. Travel under 10%, on-site in the U.S. Newark area preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years in a Business Analyst role gathering requirements and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on AI tool experience (e.g., Google Gemini) for drafting requirements and generating tests.
• Strong knowledge of Bills of Materials (Oracle ERP) and rule-based configuration.
• Experience creating business process models and working in Agile environments.

Aufgaben

• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed Oracle CPQ specifications.
• Leverage AI tools to draft requirements, model processes, and generate test scripts.
• Ensure configurations are defect-free, orderable, and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to verify rules.
• Partner with developers to clarify requirements and support testing.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to ensure smooth Sales Orders flow.
