Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an Oracle Cloud Functional Talent Management Lead to implement, configure, test, and support Talent Management modules (Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, Learn). You will work with clients to define requirements and deliver solutions across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years IT consulting experience and strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, OTBI reporting, and multi-module implementations in an onsite/offshore delivery model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT consulting experience.
• 5+ years in Talent Management Cloud functional consulting.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting, dashboards and security.
• Experience leading implementations.
• Onsite/offshore delivery experience.
• Ability to engage clients and elicit requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot Talent Management modules: Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, Learn.
• Provide comprehensive support across the project lifecycle.
• Write functional design documents detailing configuration and customization.
• Test and integrate processes into client environments.
• Write OTBI preliminary reports.
