Job summary

Velocity Talent seeks an Oracle Cloud Security & Configuration Lead to support a major public transit authority in the DC metro area. You will design and configure Oracle Cloud security across migration, access governance, role design (SoD), data protection, and monitoring to ensure audit readiness.

This six-month contract, with a possible one-year option, requires 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud experience, strong communication, and proven leadership in remediation projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Cloud Security experience including SoD and role design.
• Experience with OCI IAM, encryption, data security, audit readiness.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud security design and configuration across migration, access governance, role design, data security and monitoring.
