Job summary

DMI, LLC seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Security & Configuration Lead to support ERP security across Finance, HCM, EPM, and EDM while guiding migration from on-prem to Oracle Cloud. You will design security controls, govern RBAC and SoD, and manage RM Cloud features for scalable cloud adoption.

The role demands strong communication, audits support, and collaboration with analysts and developers to implement secure, compliant cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three years of additional applicable experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in computer science or related field.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP).
• Experience in implementing risk and control designs across cycles.
• Certifications in Oracle Core HR, Oracle Financials, or Procurement.
• 8+ years designing and assessing Oracle Cloud security and SoD controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and governance of Oracle Cloud security (Fusion/ERP/HCM/SCM/EPM/EDM).
• Oversee RBAC, data security, and SoD frameworks.
• Manage Oracle RM Cloud (RMC) including AAC and AFC.
• Provide integration support as needed.
• Develop and enforce security policies across Oracle Cloud apps.
• Design and maintain OCI security architecture (IAM, encryption, monitoring).
• Conduct security assessments and remediation planning.
• Translate configuration to users and IT staff.
• Configure in-house tools to support business processes.
• Develop training materials and design reviews.
