DMI is seeking an Oracle Cloud Security & Configuration Lead to secure ERP, HCM, EPM, and EDM across Oracle Fusion applications as the enterprise migrates from on‑prem to cloud. This role drives security design, RBAC, SoD controls, risk management, and policy enforcement across Oracle Cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three years of additional applicable experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Certifications in Oracle Core HR, Oracle Financials, or Procurement.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud Security Foundation or Professional.
• 8+ years of functional experience related to financial management, accounting, procurement, and other finance-related functions.
• Configure PeopleSoft Financials modules to align with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Oracle Cloud (Fusion/ERP/HCM/SCM/EPM/EDM) security.
• Oversee RBAC, data security, and SoD frameworks.
• Manage Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) including AAC and AFC.
• Provide integration support as needed.
• Develop and enforce security policies, controls, and compliance standards across Oracle Cloud applications.
• Design and maintain OCI security architecture (IAM, encryption, monitoring, logging).
• Develop training materials.
