Job summary

DMI (Digital Management, Inc.) in the Washington, DC area seeks an Oracle Cloud Security & Configuration Lead to secure Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM/EPM/EDM across cloud migrations. You will drive security design, governance, and controls aligned with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include managing RBAC/SoD, Risk Management Cloud, and OCI security architecture, while collaborating with stakeholders to enable compliant cloud adoption and secure on-prem to cloud transitions.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant security experience.
• Master's degree and professional security certifications.
• Experience implementing risk and control designs across cycles.
• Certifications in Oracle Core HR, Oracle Financials, or Procurement.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud Security Foundation or Professional.
• 8+ years of functional experience with Oracle Cloud security and SoD controls.
• 5+ years working on Oracle Cloud Security across domains.
• Proven track record managing Oracle Cloud product implementations and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and governance of Oracle Cloud security.
• Oversee RBAC, data security, and SoD frameworks.
• Manage Oracle Risk Management Cloud including AAC/AFC.
• Provide integration support as needed.
• Develop and enforce security policies, controls, and compliance.
• Design and maintain OCI security architecture (IAM, encryption, monitoring).
• Conduct risk analyses and remediation planning.
• Lead security initiatives and customer engagements simultaneously.
