Job summary

Axiom Global Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs across ERP, SCM, EPM, and related modules.

The ideal candidate will manage global onshore and offshore delivery teams, drive governance, and deliver complex business transformations with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 9–13 years of experience managing full-lifecycle Oracle implementations.
• Must have delivered at least 5–6 Oracle Cloud/Fusion or multi-pillar implementations.
• Strong consulting, business analysis, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing global implementations and international delivery teams.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodology and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards.
• Ability to independently manage multiple assignments and complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations across ERP, SCM, EPM, and related modules.
• Manage global onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Drive project planning, governance, execution, risk, and budget management.
• Facilitate client workshops and business process design discussions.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

• Support best practices, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and solution development.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs across Finance (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and other Oracle SaaS platforms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing global Oracle Cloud implementations, leading cross-functional teams, driving project governance, and delivering complex business transformation initiatives.
