Looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Senior Product Specialist to lead full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud SCM implementations and transformation programs. The role requires strong functional leadership in Order Management and Procurement, supported by working knowledge of Inventory, Cost Management, and Finance process touchpoints. The candidate will lead fit-to-standard solutioning across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay, facilitate business workshops, guide configurations and proof of concepts, coordinate integrations and data conversions, review functional deliverables, and manage the functional team through design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud SCM implementations, with primary responsibility for Order Management and Procurement and cross-functional coverage of Inventory and Cost Management.
- Drive solution design across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay, translating business requirements and existing custom solutions into Oracle Cloud standard functionality wherever feasible.
- Conduct AS-IS assessments, TO-BE process design, Fit-Gap analysis, and process redesign workshops for complex business scenarios with business stakeholders.
- Promote the Oracle Cloud fit-to-standard approach through structured presentations, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, and proof of concepts for complex SCM use cases.
- Configure and validate relevant SCM business flows, orchestration rules, controls, and cross-module dependencies, including foundational Finance process touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Oracle Integration Cloud and technical teams to define, review, test, and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party applications.
- Lead data mapping and conversion activities, including FBDI templates, PDH/CDH master data, and data-quality validation; review functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions while guiding the team through delivery and issue resolution.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum 3-4 full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud SCM implementations covering Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Cost Management.
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Order Management and Procurement, with strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Strong process-consulting capability, including AS-IS, TO-BE, Fit-Gap analysis, fit-to-standard solutioning, business process redesign, and stakeholder workshops.
- Hands-on ability to configure and demonstrate complex SCM use cases and collaborate with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud integrations.
- Experience with data mapping, FBDI conversions, PDH master data, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle PaaS extensions, functional specifications, testing, and deployment.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Foundational knowledge of Oracle Financials and the accounting touchpoints associated with Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Cost Management.
- Experience coordinating complex Oracle Cloud transformation programs across business, functional, technical, integration, data, and reporting teams.
- Oracle Cloud SCM certifications and experience presenting solution options to senior business stakeholders are highly desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 10-15 years of overall SCM consulting experience, including substantial hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud SCM and a minimum of 3-4 end-to-end implementation cycles in lead or senior functional roles.
- Master degree from a recognized university.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, client-handling, workshop-facilitation, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple parallel workstreams.
WORK STRUCTURE
- Lead functional delivery across discovery, design, configuration, integration coordination, conversion, testing, deployment, and stabilization while managing the team against agreed milestones and quality standards.
- Reports to: Program Manager / Oracle Cloud Delivery Lead.
