Job summary

This remote-friendly, 1099 contract role supports the Oracle Cloud project manager and program team by coordinating meetings, maintaining project artifacts, tracking financials, and handling general program tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners, coordinate logistics, capture decisions, and prepare status updates for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings across internal teams, vendors, and steering committees; prepare agendas and distribute materials.
• Document and maintain project trackers, logs, status reports, and schedules; keep artifacts current and accessible.
• Review vendor invoices, track budget/utilization, and flag discrepancies for PM review.
• Provide general program support: logistics for meetings, onboarding materials, and cross-team coordination.
