Zusammenfassung

Apollo Technology Solutions LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking an organized Oracle Cloud Project Coordinator to support a multi-stream ERP implementation. The role emphasizes meticulous coordination, meeting management, and artifact tracking to ensure no task falls through the cracks.

You will work closely with the Oracle Cloud Project Manager and cross-functional teams, including ITS leadership, Finance, and HR.

Aufgaben

Coordinate meetings across internal teams, vendor partners, and steering committee members.
Prepare agendas and distribute materials; capture minutes and action items in real time.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, logs, and status reports; ensure accessibility.
Support tracking of contract financials, hours, budget utilization, and invoicing.
Assist in onboarding new team members or vendors and coordinate access.
