Job summary

Center for Digital Governmtent in Annapolis, MD seeks an Oracle Cloud ERP/Procurement Engineer to support Purchasing/Procurement and related Finance modules. You will troubleshoot issues, configure updates, and collaborate with users to deliver effective solutions; strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation are essential.

This hybrid role requires 2 office days per week in Annapolis. A background in ERP, Oracle tools, and government procurement processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; and 6+ years in electronic data processing systems analysis and design.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion Support; knowledge of Purchasing/Procurement modules.
• Familiarity with government Purchasing/Procurement workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end-users for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Purchasing/Procurement, Finance, and Budget modules.
• Collaborate with users to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle updates and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain basic support procedures documentation.
• Monitor system performance and report improvement opportunities.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features; coordinate with IT teams and Oracle support.
• Provide basic end-user training on Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion functionalities.
