Job summary

The Center for Digital Governmtent in Annapolis, MD seeks an Oracle Cloud Purchasing/Procurement Functional Application Engineer. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues across Purchasing/Procurement, Finance, and Budget modules within Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion.

Key duties include configuration testing, deployment assistance, documentation, and collaboration with users and IT teams to deliver reliable procurement solutions. Hybrid role with in-office presence required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college/university with relevant major and specialized training.
• Substitution option: up to four years of Oracle Cloud ERP support experience may replace major coursework.
• Related degrees in Computer Science/IT are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end-users for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in Finance, Purchasing, and Budget modules.
• Collaborate with users to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP enhancements.
• Develop and maintain basic documentation for support procedures.
• Monitor system performance and report improvement opportunities.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features.
• Work with IT teams and Oracle support to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide basic end-user training on Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion functionalities.
