Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Oracle Cloud Procurement Lead in the Maryland area or remote to own the procure‑to‑pay workstream on large ERP/SCM projects. You will guide the end‑to‑end lifecycle from blueprint through go‑live and hypercare, coordinating with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure accurate accruals and seamless integration with Payables, Inventory, and GL.

The role requires 8+ years of Oracle procurement experience (Cloud or EBS) and hands‑on configuration across Self Service

Qualifications

8+ years of Oracle procurement functional experience (Oracle Cloud or E‑Business Suite).
至少 3 full‑life‑cycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Procurement implementations and at least one as workstream lead.

Responsibilities

Own the Oracle Cloud Procurement workstream across blueprint to go‑live and hypercare.
Lead procure‑to‑pay design and break‑fix across handoffs ensuring POs, receipts, and matching align with accounting.
Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud Procurement capabilities (Self Service, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, etc.).
Lead procurement analysts and provide high‑quality functional documentation and workshops.
