Job summary

Center for Digital Governmtent is seeking an Oracle Cloud Budget Functional Application Engineer in Annapolis, MD. The role focuses on Budget processes for capital and operating projects and provides technical support for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion.

The candidate should be familiar with Oracle EPM/PPM modules and collaborate with finance, purchasing, and budget teams in a fast-paced environment. A background check is required and the position is hybrid with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion and related modules (Finance, Purchasing, Budget).
• Bachelor’s degree with specialized training in data processing or computer science.
• Background check required and hybrid work arrangement in Annapolis, MD.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end-users for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Oracle Budget capital and operating project processes and related modules.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and assist in finding solutions.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle EPM and PPM enhancements and updates.
• Develop and maintain basic documentation for support procedures and issues.
• Monitor system performance and report on improvements.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features.
• Escalate complex issues to other IT teams and Oracle support.
• Provide basic training to end-users on Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion functionalities.
