Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants (PPM) Lead to join our cloud practice. This hybrid role allows remote work and requires frequent collaboration with clients to design and deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Functional Lead role.
• Two end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations with hands-on leadership.
• Commercial experience.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred.
• Residency in the US and work authorization required.
• All work to be performed in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional Oracle Cloud consulting as SME and lead implementations life cycle.
• Lead design workshops aligning Cloud functionality with requirements.
• Identify functionality gaps and build extensions.
• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on processes.
• Write BRDs for reports, interfaces, data conversions, workflows.
• Support validation scripts and testing scenarios.
• Oversee config and data validation during CRP, SIT, UAT.
• Lead migration of configurations, integrations, extensions to production.
• Communicate status and drive project deliverables.
• Interact with project team for reports, data conversions, and extensions.
• Provide status reports to PM/clients regularly.
• Share knowledge to improve implementation methodology.
