Job summary

Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Lead Consultant to join our cloud practice. The role emphasizes leading end-to-end SCM implementations in healthcare, coordinating with stakeholders, and guiding teams through design, configuration, and validation.

The ideal candidate will manage workshops, identify gaps, and provide strategic guidance on risks and options while delivering compliant cloud solutions in a healthcare setting across client sites.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Functional Lead in Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Two end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations completed.
• Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of related processes.
• Ability to lead multiple functional leads through project phases.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional Oracle Cloud consulting as SME and lead the implementation life cycle.
• Lead hospital supply chain and procurement design workshops.
• Identify gaps and build extensions to meet requirements.
• Advise on options, risks, and impacts on processes and systems.
• Configure applications, document setups, and write BRDs.
• Develop validation scripts and testing scenarios; support migrations.
• Communicate status and drive project deliverables with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions teams.
