Job summary

Haskell seeks an Oracle Cloud Application Lead for PPM to own functional delivery, configure core PPM modules, and align project costs and billing with finance. You will partner with Finance, Operations and IT to optimize project lifecycles and ensure compliant, scalable solutions in a hybrid on-site/remote setup in Jacksonville, FL.

The role requires deep PPM expertise, hands-on leadership, and success in complex, enterprise environments with Oracle Cloud integrations and quarterly updates.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM and functional ownership.
• Deep knowledge across PPM modules: Project Foundation, Control, Costing, Billing, Contracts, Reporting, Management, Resources.
• Experience gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, designing and testing configurations.
• Experience with project accounting, capitalization, and revenue/billing processes.
• Experience with integration to General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and SCM systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud configurations.
• Experience leading system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM and govern end-to-end processes.
• Configure and improve Project Foundation, Control, Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Reporting.
• Define project structures, templates, budgets, forecasts, and statuses with stakeholders.
• Lead cost collection, accounting, and revenue recognition across systems.
• Support contracts, funding, invoicing, and reconciliation with Oracle modules.
• Lead quarterly update readiness and regression testing coordination.
• Provide testing, sign-off, and release validation across teams.
