Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking an Oracle Cloud Application Lead for PPM to own and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM across the full project lifecycle. You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and IT to deliver scalable solutions and governance that align with business needs.

This hybrid role combines on-site work at our Jacksonville, FL headquarters with remote work from home, requiring strong functional leadership in Project Foundation, Costing, Billing, Contracts, and

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM in a functional ownership role.
Strong knowledge of Project Foundation, Project Control, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Performance Reporting.
Experience with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction environments or similar project-centric settings.
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud readiness and integrations across ERP domains.

Responsibilities

Serve as functional lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM and end-to-end process flows.
Lead configuration, support, and continuous improvement of PPM capabilities.
Define and maintain project organizations, types, templates, and lifecycle statuses.
Support budgets, forecasts, baselines, and project performance measurement.
Coordinate cost collection, accounting, and revenue recognition across modules.
Lead testing, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off for releases.
Guide readiness for quarterly Oracle updates and opt-in governance.
Prepare reporting requirements using BI tools and Oracle BI Publisher.
